Equine Services
I have a passion for optimising the physical conditioning and balance of riders and their horses. As a rider I understand the demands on your body and the impact of our own asymmetries and past injuries on our horses.
If you spend enough time around horses and riding, you have the inevitable scars from being stepped on, kicked and falling, or perhaps a pulled groin from a sudden spook. We typically ignore these niggles and get back on ASAP without addressing the resulting:

-
contracting scar tissue
-
inhibition of postural stabilisers or "core" muscles
-
compensatory movement patterns
-
overactivity of muscles
-
joint restrictions
Physiotherapy can assist you to address these issues.
